Introduction
The Virginia Department of Taxation is responsible for forecasting and monitoring Commonwealth Transportation Fund (CTF) revenues. Currently composed of the Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund (HMOF) and the Transportation Trust Fund (TTF), the CTF is the major source of revenues for the construction and maintenance of highways in the Commonwealth.
As a service to all citizens interested in transportation, DMV is providing the CTF Monthly Tracking Report and historical fiscal year data on past growth rates associated with the CTF.
