Doing Business with DMV
All vendors interested in doing business with DMV must be registered with eVA.
eVA is Virginia's Business-to-Government web-based e-Procurement tool that opens the doors to endless business possibilities. In an effort to make opportunities available to all vendors, Commonwealth of Virginia agencies post all Invitation For Bid (IFBs), Request For Proposal (RFPs), Notices of Intent to Award, Notices of Award, Notices of Cancellation, Sole Source, Emergency and RFP evaluation criteria on the eVA website.
DMV's solicitations and other Commonwealth of Virginia agency solicitations are available to the public through the eVA website.
