Notify DMV that your address has been used to title and register a vehicle not belonging to you or anyone living at your property.
What You’ll Need
You must provide the name and address as they appear on one of the following pieces of mail received at your property:
- A postcard registration renewal notice with the vehicle’s plate number
- Other DMV correspondence containing the vehicle’s VIN or title number
Note:
This transaction is only for reporting the incorrect use of your address.
It is NOT where you update your personal address with DMV or remove your name from a vehicle that is currently titled. Do not submit your own information.
