NORFOLK - The Norfolk Military Circle DMV Customer Service Center (CSC), located at 5745 Poplar Hall Drive, will temporarily close for renovations after close of business Saturday, June 10 and reopen to the public Monday, July 17.
During renovations, customers have many convenient service options. More than 50 services are available online at www.dmv.virginia.gov, such as driver’s license and registration renewals, disabled placard renewals and title replacements. If a customer needs to conduct business in person, they can make an appointment or stop by during office hours at any other CSC, including the nearby Norfolk Widgeon Road, Virginia Beach Buckner or Portsmouth offices. For vehicle-related transactions, such as registration renewals, titles, license plates, and decals, customers can visit a partner DMV Select location including the Norfolk or Portsmouth DMV Select.
Interior improvements to the Norfolk Military Circle CSC will include a new expanded efficient countertop design, four additional service windows, an HVAC replacement, fresh paint, new carpet and updated restrooms. Exterior improvements will include a new roof, updated LED lighting and a repaved parking lot.
