RICHMOND - The Ashland DMV Customer Service Center (CSC) is now open following the closure of the North Henrico CSC for relocation.
The new office, located at 251 N. Washington Highway in the Ashland Hanover Shopping Center, is more than 4,000 square feet larger than the old office and has four additional customer service windows. It also features a new countertop design to improve efficiency and customer flow.
More than 50 services are available online at dmv.virginia.gov. If a customer wants to visit in person, they can make an appointment or stop by during office hours. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
