LEESBURG - DMV's Leesburg Customer Service Center (CSC) is moving to a new, larger office offering enhanced efficiency for customers.
The current office at 945 Edwards Ferry Road NE will close at the end of the day Thursday, October 27. The new Leesburg office at 400 Fort Evans Road is scheduled to open Monday, November 14.
During the brief closure, customers have many convenient service options. More than 50 services are available at dmvNOW.com. If a customer needs to conduct business in person, they can make an appointment or stop by during office hours at any other CSC, including the nearby Sterling offices, located at:
- 22360 South Sterling Boulevard (located in Sterling Plaza)
- 100 Free Court, Sterling, VA 20164
For vehicle-related transactions, such as registration renewals, titles, license plates, and decals, customers can also visit a partner DMV Select location.
The new Leesburg office will be more than 4,000 square feet larger than the old office and have seven additional customer service windows. It will also feature a new countertop design to improve efficiency and customer flow and increased customer service windows.
