RICHMOND - The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles’ (DMV) Richmond Central Customer Service Center, 2300 West Broad Street, will be closed on Saturday, December 4 because of street closures and the large volume of vehicle and pedestrian traffic expected in the area for the annual Christmas parade.
The Richmond Central Customer Service Center is at the beginning of the parade route, making access challenging. According to parade organizers, sections of Broad Street, Leigh Street and DMV Drive will be closed to traffic during the parade.
