Next of Kin Registry

What is it?

The Next of Kin Registry (NOKR) is a free public service which allows citizens to register and store emergency contact information, including next of kin and medical information. In the event of an emergency, only emergency response agencies that have previously registered with NOKR will be able to access this information via a secured process.

How do I enroll?

Registration is free and can be performed either online, by fax, or by email. Once you register, you will receive a decal that you can place on the back of your driver's license or ID card.

For more information or to register, please refer to the NOKR web site.
