Notice is hereby given that US Limousine and Tour LLC, 1201 S Courthouse Rd Apt 116, Arlington, VA 22204, has applied for a certificate of fitness that would authorize the transportation of passengers for compensation within Virginia as a Contract Passenger Carrier.
Any person who wishes to protest this application must send a written statement setting forth (1) a precise statement of the party’s objections to the application being granted, (2) a full and clear statement of the facts that the person is prepared to provide by competent evidence, (3) the case number assigned to the application, and (4) a certification that a copy of the protest was sent to the applicant. The case number assigned to this application is MC2500835TA. The written statement must be sent to: DMV, Motor Carrier Services – Case Management, P. O. Box 27412, Richmond, VA, 23269-0001 and postmarked on or before December 30, 2025. The only grounds for protests are fitness allegations.
Any protest filed with competent evidence will be carefully considered by DMV. However, DMV will have full discretion as to whether a hearing is warranted based on the merits of the protest filed.
