Replacement Registration Card
Background
If your registration card has been lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, or you want an additional card, you can print your replacement registration card online or have it mailed to you.
What To Do

To print your replacement registration online, you will need to sign into your MyDMV Account.

Your MyDMV Account also allows you to view and update vehicle and driver related information.

If you do not use your MyDMV Account, you can enter the title number and last four digits of the vehicle identification number (VIN) to have the replacement mailed to you.

You may also contact us or visit a customer service center to change your vehicle registration information.

My DMV Account

Sign in using your Social Security Number or DMV customer number to print your own vehicle registration card or have it delivered by U.S. mail.

OR

Enter Title and Last 4 Digits of the VIN:

Have the card mailed to you within 15 days of your request by entering the vehicle title number and last four digits of the vehicle information number (VIN).

You may log in to verify your vehicle registration information or complete an address change to update the vehicle registration address if you own the vehicle.
