On July 1, 2019 your suspension(s) for unpaid court fines and costs will be removed and any related reinstatement fees will be waived. It’s important to note that while failure to pay fines and costs assessed by a Virginia court will no longer impact your driving privilege, you are still required to pay the court(s).
