The Department of Taxation is the state agency responsible for forecasting and monitoring Commonwealth Transportation Fund (CTF) revenues. Currently composed of the Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund (HMOF) and the Transporation Trust Fund (TTF), the CTF is the major source of revenues for the construction and maintenance of highways in the Commonwealth. As a service to all citizens interested in transportation, DMV is providing the CTF Monthly Tracking Report and historical fiscal year data on past growth rates associated with the CTF.
