RICHMOND - A grand re-opening event will be held for the newly-renovated Purcellville DMV Select on April 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Select office is located at 109 North Bailey Lane inside the Virginia Regional Transit administration building. A new second floor was recently added along with additional space to serve customers.
The Purcellville DMV Select is one of 57 Select partners throughout the state. Select partners, who are private citizens and local governments, contract with DMV to conduct vehicle-related transactions. Each DMV Select has online access to DMV allowing the partner to update customer records immediately. The Purcellville Select's hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
"The Purcellville DMV Select provides needed services to Loudoun County area residents," said DMV Commissioner Richard D. Holcomb. "We appreciate our partnership with Virginia Regional Transit for offering a convenient alternative for local DMV customers."
Customers can conduct many routine motor vehicle-related services at DMV Selects including vehicle decal renewals, vehicle titles and license plate orders.
