DMV 2 Go Richmond
Where may we serve you today?
DMV 2 Go Richmond, nicknamed 'Monique' (keeping with the 'Mo' for mobile office naming convention), made its debut in metro-Richmond in April 2012. Monique was formerly a book mobile that was renovated by DMV staff into a full-service customer service center. This handicap-accessible bus is 38-feet long and 10-feet wide. Monique has three customer service work stations, two testing stations and a public kiosk to access other state services through a Virginia Internet portal.
Monique serves Central Virginia; west to Page County; east to Westmoreland County and south to Halifax, Mecklenburg and Brunswick Counties. To view specific jurisdictions in Monique's service area, see the high resolution printable map.
If you'd like to schedule a visit, send an email to the DMV 2 Go Richmond staff at DMV2GORichmond@dmv.virginia.gov.
