Coal Calibration Schedule for 2012
Under Virginia Code section 46.2-1143, a truck cannot haul coal until it has been calibrated and has a current permit and decal.
To save drivers time, inspections and calibrations are done by appointment only. By making appointments, trucks can usually be inspected in a few minutes. Only empty trucks will be checked. Permits are valid for one year and will be issued during the appointment.
