| If your vehicle configuration is reduced to its smallest dimensions possible
and still exceeds the
maximum legal limitations, you must obtain a hauling permit prior
to traveling over Virginia's highways.

Axle Weight for each axle, the distance between each axle and the gross weight
of the vehicle/load combination

Starting and Ending Points of your route and route numbers when available

| Delivery

| Approved Single Trip permits can be delivered via fax or mail. Approved Routine
Blanket permits will be mailed within 10 business days of your application
submission.
