Fuels Tax Refund System
Eligible Refund Types

Rollover refund type to get a full description of the refund application.
To apply for a refund you must Logon using your Fuels Tax Refund User ID, and PIN. If you are not yet a Fuels Tax Refund registered customer you may register online as a Business , Individual , Government , or Nonprofit

Agricultural Purposes-Bulk Spreading/Spraying
Aircraft Fuel- Sold/Delivered to Non-profit
Aircraft - Used by Nonprofit
Boats - Commercial Fishing
Boats - Commercial Watercraft

IMPORTANT : It is illegal to submit a refund claim for fuel on which the Virginia fuels tax has not been paid or to submit more than one refund claim for the same fuel. Va. Code ยง58.1-2259.
